Pricing FAQ

How does monthly billing work? +
Simple: TRACK is $15/month, LINK is $25/month in any month you connect and use the device — charged once, immediately, at the first connect of the month. Reconnects for the rest of that month are free. A month you don't connect costs $5 — your device stays registered and ready. Your first month is prorated from the day you activate — you only pay for the days you get.

Example: a LINK device connected every month runs 12 × $25 = $300 a year. Connect in 5 months and stay grounded the other 7 — 5 × $25 + 7 × $5 = $160.
What counts toward my included data? +
Two things use data. SkyRelay Logs — position, Remote ID, and the flight record we store for compliance, audit, and incident evidence — on every flight, both plans. GCS MAVLink telemetry — the live link to QGroundControl or Mission Planner — on LINK only. TRACK has no GCS link, so it uses far less. Data overage is calculated and billed at month end.
What is Network RTK? +
An optional $35/month add-on, bought in the app: centimeter-level GNSS corrections streamed to your vehicle over the same LTE connection. See Network RTK →
What hardware is supported? +
We currently support the LilyGo T-SIM7600NA. Buy one from Amazon or AliExpress and flash our open firmware, or choose the Plug & Fly kit — fully integrated and ready to fly. See hardware details →
Does it work with ArduPilot and PX4? +
Yes. Conduit connects to ArduPilot and PX4 flight controllers over MAVLink, so you can reach your vehicle from your ground control station and send it commands over LTE. Feature coverage varies between ArduPilot and PX4, and by software version and platform.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel anytime — your service runs to the end of the paid period. No refunds, no contracts, no volume tiers.
