Pricing FAQ

What is the Standby Plan? +
Every device includes a Standby Plan at $5/mo. In any month a device flies, it bills at its active rate; in a month it stays grounded, it bills at the $5 Standby Plan instead — automatically, nothing to switch. It keeps seasonal and occasional fliers from paying full price for parked gear.

Example: a LINK device runs $30/mo. Flown year-round, that's $360 a year. Fly it 5 months and the other 7 drop to Standby — 5 × $30 + 7 × $5 = $185. That's $175 saved, a 49% automatic saving.
What counts toward my included data? +
Two things use data. SkyRelay Logs — position, Remote ID, and the flight record we store for compliance, audit, and incident evidence — on every flight, both plans. GCS MAVLink telemetry — the live link to QGroundControl or Mission Planner — on LINK only. TRACK has no GCS link, so it uses far less.
